About the Role

Reporting to the Sr. Director of Marketing, this addition to the Loomly Team will play a key role in the most important aspect of our success: our relationship with our audience and customers.

As Social Media Manager, you’ll be responsible for taking Loomly’s social content, engagement, and audience growth to new heights. You’ll lead Loomly’s social media strategy and execution to develop an industry-leading brand personality.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Strategy & Post Schedule

  • Work with the marketing team to develop a cohesive social media marketing strategy, with weekly brainstorming/planning sessions
  • Create, optimize and schedule content for Loomly’s Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok accounts (using Loomly’s platform of course!)
  • Conduct competitor and industry analysis on a regular basis to inform content strategy
  • Support overall content strategy

Ad Campaigns

  • Work with Performance Marketing to manage social media ad strategy and performance across platform

Outbound & Inbound Interactions

  • Own real-time responses to mentions, comments across all platforms
  • Conduct daily outbound interaction with relevant accounts to expand Loomly’s audience and establish brand authority

Community Management

  • Promote and manage Loomly’s user community
  • Assist with launching a Loomly customer beta program to test new features
  • Regularly engage with clients to establish brand champions and celebrate their achievements

Reporting & Analysis

  • Responsible for reporting audience and engagement growth across all platforms on a weekly and monthly basis
  • Build top-notch reports/dashboards and clearly identify results, trends and recommendations for future campaigns
  • Set quarterly goals to align with Loomly’s overall strategy
Must-Haves
  • Must be based in the United States and comfortable working remotely
  • 3+ years of experience running high-growth social media accounts
  • Proven technical expertise across Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube
  • Strong design skills, with an eye for detail and creating scroll-stopping visuals that are consistent with Loomly’s brand; familiarity with Canva a plus
  • Short-form video editing proficiency; experience producing optimized content for Instagram and TikTok
  • Experience developing creative assets and executing social media advertising campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn and TikTok
  • Excellent grammar and copywriting skills
Nice-to-Haves
  • BS/BA degree in marketing or related field
  • Experience in the SaaS / Martech industries
  • Experience using social media management platforms
  • Experience with more than one brand or agency
